This is the second post in a two-part series taking a deep dive into 2018 neighbourhood statistics. The first part listed Toronto's most and least expensive neighbourhoods. It's the fifth month in a row that GTA-wide sales volumes are up by double-digits versus last year (April +16.8%, May +18.9%, June +10.4%, July +24.3%, August +13.4%).
